Yes, you can pay by card or in cash. You can also use the point of sale directly in OC Letňany in front of the hypermarket checkouts. Box offices are open from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

All entrances to outdoor attractions in the park are included in the ticket price.
CAN I ENTER THE PARK WITH A STROLLER OR A WHEELCHAIR?
Yes, the park is wheelchair accessible. You can go to the park with a stroller or a wheelchair.
WHAT IS THE AREA OF THE PARK?
It is a vast space of more than 30,000 square meters.
IS PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILMING ALLOWED IN WONDERLAND?
Photography and filming in the park is allowed. Several attractive photo corners await you. You are very welcome to take photos from Winter Wonderland

HOW IS THE PARKING AREA?
You can park for FREE in OC Letňany, which offers 3,200 covered spaces
and outdoor parking spaces.
Use the upper TESCO car park to get to the main entrance.
Owners of online tickets can use entrance 2 and the rear covered garages from Strakova Street.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ORDINARY AND VIP TICKETS
The VIP FAST TRACK ticket includes entry at any time, you decide the day and time when you come, then priority entry to the Park and all attractions, entry to the decorated heated VIP Santa's tent with a special offer of refreshments for a fee, and also entry to the VIP heated toilets.
HOW DO I GET TO WINTER WONDERLAND?
The main entrance is in front of the entrance to the Letňany shopping center from Tupolevova Street. The second entrance is before the entrance to the underground parking lot of OC Letňany from Strakovy Street.
Will deliveryou with thoseito ways:
public transport: - by metro to the Letňany station and from there buses 136, 140 or 110 to the Tupolevova stop.
By car: Parking is free in the entire area of the shopping center. We recommend using the upper TESCO parking lot and passing the department store past the hypermarket to the right in the direction of BUS Tupolevova.
WHAT IS THE CAPACITY OF THE PARK?
The area of the park can accommodate up to 2,500 people at a given moment. Attendance is regulated according to the park's capacity.
ARE THERE TOILETS ON THE PREMISES?
Yes, there are enough toilets in the area for all visitors. Heated toilets are also available for visitors with VIP tickets.
ARE DOGS ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES?
Entry with dogs is allowed.
The dog must be on a leash and have a muzzle.
IS THERE REFRESHMENT ON THE PARK AREA?
Yes, a zone with traditional refreshments will be available within the park. A tent with a special offer will also be prepared for visitors with a VIP ticket.
